Job Mandate

At Hamilton and Chase, we’re looking for a talented Tour Executive to leverage their sales acumen and enthusiasm for travel to elevate our brand. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for curating exceptional travel experiences and communicating our unique offerings to clients. You will work closely with our dedicated sales and marketing teams, as well as collaborate with stakeholders across departments. If you are passionate about travel, thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and excel in client relations, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences and design customized itineraries that meet their needs.

  • Communicate the unique value propositions of our tours through various channels, including emails, digital content, and in-person presentations.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling sales materials and promotional content.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

  • Stay informed about travel industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our services remain competitive.

  • Embrace feedback and incorporate it to improve client interactions and sales strategies.

  • Work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in travel sales or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful client engagements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • A bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience in tourism or hospitality is preferred.
